"On November 22, 2010, I had called your office for an appointment on my jaw tooth, which was becoming very tender. I informed Wendy Mathias that my dentist, Dr. Danny Neese, was on vacation and had left information on his phone to call your office for an emergency problem. Wendy could see that I had a problem, and had me come in the same day at 3:45 PM. She was very helpful.
After the evaluation, it was determined that I should have an extraction. Dr. Murad Shaqman and his assistant, Yana Warren, were so helpful and concerned, and informed me of every step made along the way. I was very apprehensive of having my tooth pulled, but they reassured me, and I was very surprised of there not being any pain. They stayed with me for some time afterwards, being after office hours. Since the procedure, I've had no pain of ill effects.
I'd like to thank Dr. Shaqman and Yana Warren. They were professional and caring. And to Wendy Mathisa, I'd like to thank her very much for processing me and setting up my appointment that evening."

"Mountain View Dental Team in Harrisonburg is the place I called when I had severe tooth pain. They got me in right away and found the problem. I needed deep scaling cleaning. I had let my teeth go far too long without seeing a dentist. I had to fill out the initial paperwork. I listed my illnesses: panic d/o, anxiety d/o, benign essential tremor, and agoraphoic tendenices. Well, I went for my first cleaning and was nervous, but then I met Annette Landers. The moment she introduced herself and shook my hand I felt great relief and comfort. Mountain View Dental Team in Harrisonburg, VA. When my daughter was 3 1/2 years old, I was looking for a dentist for her. I called many dental offices, and was told the same thing --we do not accept new patients or there is a 3 year waiting period. My daughter needed to see a dentist ASAP; she had cavities and was in pain. I called Mountain View Dental Team and I was able to get in the same day for consultation. My daughter was put to sleep and had all her dental work done at one time. She had a good experience and now she is older and able to sit in the chair and have fillings or other needed work done with no problems. I bring the rest of my family here. Mountain View Dental Team in Harrisonburg, Virginia, is by far the best Dental Practice around town! I go to JMU but am not from the area, and I was tired of driving home each time I needed to go to the dentist. I decided to give a couple other offices a try and did not feel comfortable as a new patient. Finally, I found a place where I am treated as a valued patient; the staff is very friendly, and their speciality with dealing with patients who are scared of the dentist made me feel MUCH better about the whole experience. Two weeks ago, I got my wisdom teeth taken out, and everything went great! I am fully recovered and actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment :)

Mountain View Dental Team in Harrisonburg is by far the best dental Practice that I have been to. I recently had my 6 month cleaning by Annette Landers and she did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed.
